Series: Tempest Trilogy (#1)

Jackson, is a completely normal guy. Besides the fact that he can time travel, but if you overlook that, he is just trying to be normal. He has a girlfriend, Holly and his best friend, Adam. Time traveling is nothing like you and I know about, he jumps back in time and can interact with people and jump forward to 2009 when he is from. Nothing changes, not dangerous in the least. Until someone shoots Holly and in the panic Jackson goes back to 2007. And this time his jump is different, instead he can’t get back to 2009, he is stuck in 2007 and there is no way he is gonna go through high school and college again. Join Jackson and his quest for home, as well as learning what he can really do and who his dad really is...

This was a fantastic book! Since it involves time travel it was a bit confusing at some points and it forced you to read slow, which I appreciated, so you would understand the story line, and what just happened. At some points there were shocker moments that I didn’t expect, but there were also “shocker” moments where I called chapters before they were revealed. This is one of the only books that I have read about time travel, this and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. This book made me want to read more time travel books!
I would recommend this book to...
  • Anyone who likes time travel books
  • Someone who is looking for a slow read series
  • Anyone who enjoys YA!

Thank you all for reading, enjoy your day!
